About Marit

I am a wife, mother, former attorney and now the proud owner of HomeBodies Fitness LLC. I started my fitness journey much like you did -I joined a gym after my son was born even though I wasn’t really a “gym person.” I had a friend who made me accountable and, before long, I fell in love with exercise. I received my fitness certification shortly thereafter and began teaching group fitness classes.

For the last 10 years, my primary goal has been to create fun, effective workouts for my clients while keeping them safe and successful. I transitioned into personal training several years ago and really love the one-on-one bond I have formed with my training clients. We set goals together and work to achieve them. I do not believe in “quick fixes” but I do believe in hard work, consistency and steady progression.
