Moving from larger muscle groups to smaller, this full-body, 60-minute live workout is focused on proper form and technique. Strength moves through circuits of lower body, upper body and core exercises, followed by a cardio interval. The class changes week to week and utilizes a mix of body weight, free weights, resistance bands, gliding discs and more to give you a challenging and effective workout.
