A live 60-minute, full-body, non-stop High Intensity Interval Training (“HiiT”) workout. HiiT training is designed to get your heart rate up and keep it up through intervals of strength and cardio exercises. The great thing about HiiT is that, with exercise modifications, this class works for almost everyone. Because the intervals are timed, each individual can work to his/her ability without worrying about “keeping up” with the class. This workout is fun, fast-paced and guaranteed to make you sweat!
