  • What are the different programs that you offer?
    HomeBodies Fitness LLC provides two different programs – (1) a monthly subscription that provides you with full access to our variety of virtual classes and (2) customized one-on-one virtual personal training sessions for a per-session fee.
  • How do I access the virtual classes?
    To access our classes First... Sign-up. Fill out the registration information and select a monthly plan. From there, you can access the Live classes via the Classes page or via the Live link highlighted in yellow at the top of your screen. You can also check out The Vault for full-length recordings of all our classes.
  • I don’t have a lot of exercise equipment at home.  Can I still do your classes?
    ABSOLUTELY! You do not need fancy equipment (or any equipment at all!) to do these classes.  Tell us what you have and we will help you modify the workouts to make them effective for you!  We are also happy to suggest some easy, inexpensive home gym options.  
  • I have a medical injury, condition or concern.  Will this affect my ability to do your workouts?
    Not at all!  We provide modifications in all of our classes. However, if you do have an existing medical condition or injury, please consult with your physician before doing any physical exercise.  And, as always, we encourage you to listen to your body and only do what feels right.
  • How long are your workouts?
    Most of the workouts are 60 minutes.  The Low Impact workouts tend to be between 30-40 minutes and the “20 & Tired” workout is 20 minutes.
  • What happens if I have a conflict and cannot make the scheduled class?  Do you offer make- ups?
    All of our classes are recorded and posted in The Vault on our website. Monthly subscription members can access any of the classes at their convenience and still feel like they are working out with us! The Vault is always available to our members -wherever they are and whenever they want -giving them maximum flexibility to get their workout in!
  • How do you process payments?
    Payments will be processed via PayPal and will automatically renew on the first of each month. After you sign up you can have access to your account infromation, membership plan, payments and cancelation options by clicking the Account link.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes...you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply go to the Account page and click the red button next to your subscription. If you need further assistance, contact us.
