I LOVE teaching group fitness classes – the sense of community, the energy and the feeling of accomplishment at the end of a good class are things I strive to provide to members. At HomeBodies Fitness, I have found a way to do this virtually! My virtual classes are high energy, total body workouts that will get you the results you want. My focus is on good form, variety and customer satisfaction! Classes are broken up into two categories: “Live” and “Pre-Recorded.”
Vault Classes (Pre-Recorded)
Our Vault classes are a growing library of high-quality, pre-recorded workouts you can access anytime, anywhere. Strength, Barre, HIIT, Kettlebells, Pilates, and Yoga are all included, giving you a wide variety of workouts to support your fitness goals. Each class is thoughtfully designed with clear instruction and strong emphasis on proper form. Good form is always a top priority because it’s how you stay safe while building strength and confidence. Modifications and cues are included throughout so you can choose what feels best for your body. All classes are organized in The Vault, making it easy to find what you need and stay consistent on your own schedule—while still feeling connected to a supportive fitness community.
